These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Driven Success, an AI-powered Making Tax Digital bookkeeping platform operated by Dream Fit Limited (Company No. 13595600, VAT: 491584164), registered at College House, King Edwards Road, Ruislip, England, HA4 7AE.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
AI Driven Success provides AI-powered bookkeeping tools including:
- Receipt and invoice scanning with automatic data extraction
- Bank statement import and transaction categorisation
- Automated reconciliation and HMRC-ready reporting
- AI-powered accounting guidance via the Adrian chatbot
- Integration with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and QuickFile
3. Important Disclaimer
AI Driven Success is NOT a registered accountancy practice and does NOT provide accounting, tax, or financial advice. The platform provides software tools to assist with digital record-keeping. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax returns. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant for professional advice.
4. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe or your access will be paused. Your data is not deleted.
6. Pricing and Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate.
7. Your Data
You own your data. Financial records are stored in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets. We do not retain copies beyond temporary processing. See our Privacy Policy.
8. HMRC Integration
AI Driven Success is registered on the HMRC Developer Hub. Submissions to HMRC use your own credentials. We act as a software provider, not as your tax agent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Fit Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
