Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not actively used the service during that period.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, email support@aidrivensuccess.co.uk with your account email address and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and send confirmation.

What Happens to Your Data

Your financial data is stored in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets — not on our servers. When you cancel:

• Your data remains in your Google Drive, completely unaffected
• Your account access is removed at the end of the current billing period
• Your login credentials are deactivated
• No financial data is deleted from your Google account

Refund Policy

Free Trial

The 14-day free trial requires no credit card and incurs no charges. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your access is simply paused. Your data remains in your Google Drive. You can reactivate at any time by subscribing.
